Each set is made to order, which takes 3 to 5 business days. After that, delivery is 2 to 5 business days in the United States and 4 to 8 business days in Canada. Shipping is a flat rate.
Corded runs from a USB cord with an inline controller and works the moment it is unpacked. Battery runs from 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. Both give the same seven colours.
The acrylic sits into a groove in the base. Instructions are included and it takes a few seconds.
It is 14k white gold over stainless steel, set with a 6 mm round cut cubic zirconia. Not solid gold, and we would rather say so than let you find out.
Contact us immediately and we will try to change it. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun, because the words are printed onto the acrylic itself.
If your set arrives damaged, defective, or not the line you chose, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement where eligible.
Because every set is printed to order with the words you chose, it cannot be resold, so we are not able to take it back for a change of mind.
Clean the acrylic with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid liquid or chemical cleaners, keep it out of direct sunlight, store it somewhere dry, and switch the light off when it is not in use.
Clean the necklace with a soft cloth, and take it off before bathing or swimming. Tarnish caused by wear in water is not a manufacturing fault.
