Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at sowthbrand@gmail.com with your order number. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required, just send us a photo. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. We do not charge restocking fees.
