When will it arrive?

Each one is made to order, which takes 3 to 5 business days. After that, delivery is 2 to 5 business days in the United States and 4 to 8 business days in Canada. Shipping is a flat rate.

No. Pick one of our eight messages. Custom wording isn't available.

Does it come with the necklace?

No. The Keepsake Light is the printed acrylic on its wooden LED base. If you would like the Love Knot necklace too, the Keepsake Gift Bundle includes both and costs less than buying it separately.

Corded or battery?

Corded runs from a USB cord with an attached controller and works the moment it is unpacked. Battery is cordless and takes 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. Both light the acrylic in seven colours.
