Shipping policy

Shipping

We charge a flat CA$10 shipping fee for delivery anywhere in Canada or the United States, regardless of how many SOWTH items are in your order. We currently ship Standard only and do not ship outside Canada or the United States.

Made to order

Every SOWTH item is made after you order. Production can take up to 5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days within Canada and 2 to 5 business days within the United States. Please allow roughly 2 to 3 weeks from order date for Canada and 1 to 2 weeks for the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, so order early for important dates.

Canadian orders

Orders to Canada are shipped Delivery Duty Paid. There are no customs charges, import fees, or brokerage bills due on delivery. The price shown at checkout, including the CA$10 shipping fee, is the final amount you pay.

Where orders ship from

Orders are produced and dispatched from our fulfilment facility in Florida.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking may remain on “label created” for a short time while the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not moved for 30 days after dispatch, contact sowthbrand@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please see our Return and refund policy.
