Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We source directly from the
manufacturers who make our products, so delivery takes longer than a big-box
order — the estimated delivery window for your address is shown on the product
page and at checkout before you pay.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more (after discounts). Some products ship free with no minimum.
Shipping for other orders is calculated at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email
sowthbrand@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send
anything back.
